Hello Stephen,

level 4 and 5 headers are there! Here you see them, in version 1.2.5 . I
just uploaded the version 1.2.6 today, in some hours it will be rendered.

New is the checklist on page 3, what is from Francois and Marcus (thank
you both!)

PS: What's up with the orange background of pictures? Please give a link
where you have this problem. I didn't see that.
