I thing that you can achieve fine results using table (the same as in 
reference) to describe tokens, I was reading your manual in the sxw 
version and it was no so clear too... IMO...

I'm not sure if fixing manuals online is good idea... do you want to 
make it every time after the publishing new version ?

Better way is just to get closer with few basic rules in sxw created 
template.

Some guys also gives a reference URL in theirs manual's pointong to the 
external wiki/forge/project documentation, however this way is 
problematic, when you want to wrok offline ? (in the travel or something...)
