[TYPO3-dev] FE ext insert image using tinymce_rte

Hi,

I need to give the FE user ability to insert image from rte box. I mean 
when they hit "Insert image" Button they can upload the image to TYPO3. 
  Is this doable? Can any of you give me some hint please?
