[TYPO3-dev] version error in TSRef?

It's an error. If you look at the extensions list itself, you will see 
that the latest version is 4.3.2. 4.4.0 was an erroneous increase. I'm 
currently trying to find out whether that version can be erased and the 
manual re-rendered using 4.3.2.
