it's not only a question of hosters to update because it doesn't work
anymore, it's also a question of money, time and costs. We shouldn't be
involved in this process, we should concentrate on deliver quality. And
quality is als to ensure that TYPO3 is running on most servers, that
includes servers using php5.3. And it's easy for us as we already have
the patches.
Imho it's also dangerous to give this decision in one persons hand, i
know that is the policy but we should have a common sense.
