I don't agree with the JS statement, just with the CSS statement.
JS is to personal to make a standard on, specially for new people
that need to adapt to the TYPO3 way, this will be slow and
people will walk away. Some people like plain JS, other like
prototype and yet other like jquery.
Besides, you need community support, and teh community already agrees
that
there is no holy JS framework and we all already agreed that
all JS frameworks do have there strength and weaknesses.
