[TYPO3-dev] RealURL + subdomains problem

Ok, so my solution is a small extension I made which adds the current 
subdomain from HTTP_HOST to the configuration. You can define which 
subdomains should go to which pageid in the extension settings.

the extension is named dkm_realurlsubdomain and will be online on TER on 
the next update.
