[TYPO3-dev] Announcing TYPO3 4.2.16, 4.3.9 and 4.4.5

Hello,

I also have problems with TYPO3 4.4.5 running with safemode activated:

No images are rendered and in the installtoll no graphicsmagick is found.
- Switching back to 4.4.4 -> everything is ok.
- Disabling safemode - everything is ok.

Hi,

i have the same PHP Warning, all other works fine after update.
