[TYPO3-dev] Convert extension prefix (EXT:my_ext) in a path to a full path

Hello folks!

Is there a TYPO3 API/function to convert "EXT:my_ext/any/path/"
to the absolute, full path "/var/www/.../ext/my_ext/any/path/"?
