Sorry - i'm currently writing in a mix of the TYPO3- and the Zend-CGLs - 
i'm not pleased with that too.

No - for sure not. I like the procedure Lina described before - but i 
think it should be up to the admin where he puts his typoscript and 
templates. In tstemplate_bin fileadmin/template/ts/ is the default path 
though.
