The only problem I see is that you cannot stop a customer from publishing the code. The GPL requires
you to ship the source code (which in the case of PHP you must do anyway) without any additional
restrictions. But I guess that anyone who has paid for a bit of code isn't too keen on putting it on
TER anyway.
What I don't understand is why this should spread TYPO3? Actually I find this a rather annoying
aspect of other open source systems that I have to pay for even the dullest plugin/extension.
