[TYPO3-dev] New version of kickstarter?

IMO there is not too much activity needed, it would just be nice to have a 4.3 compatibility bugfix release as many other extensions did. The patch attached to the bug works.

It's true that there's not much activity in the development of 
Kickstarter. It's a shame, but I guess there are no resources to spare 
on this at the moment. Maybe we should assemble a whole new team.
