[TYPO3-dev] Manual Render Test

Hi,

as there were many reports about broken manuals on t3.org there is a 
possibility now to test the render direct.
Just upload your manual at [1] and you direct see the rendered manual.

Credits goes to Susanne Moog who coded the extension. I will do some 
cleanups, and when all tests are done successfully i suggest this 
extension to typo3.org.
