[TYPO3-dev] Check list for Bug Day readiness

Hi all,

In order to facilitate participation for people who are new to TYPO3 
development, I have started writing a checklist of tools to have at hand 
for taking part in a Bug Day:

The point is not to have complete explanations (that would be too much 
work), but some pointers and tools recommendations.

I would welcome comments and opinions. In particular, I miss 
recommendations for some software on other platforms than Mac (and 
probably on Mac too).
