Hi Stefan,

you're using PHP 5.3, don't you?

This is similar to #11815 and cause by PHP5.3 (as PHP5.2 silently ignored  
these mistakes).

As I also couldn't find a bug report / RFC, feel free to create one!  
(maybe you could also vote for #11815).
