i think they don't integrate some key features to get more people swith 
to Zend Studio ;)
like formater - there is no way in PDT to change / export / import

I worked long time with PHPed and there are some serious bugs which 
never was fixed. Also memory management is awful, eats memory of 
computer after a while completely.
