[TYPO3-dev] #539 - Delete (Copy / Move) localized records

Hi,
I just decomposed the big patch into several chunks and they're now 
waiting for review in the Core-list.

All related issues are:

#539 (deleting records with l10ns)
#2314 (moving records with l10ns)
#8817 (copying records with l10ns)
#12269 (bugfix in List module)
#12271 (usability fix in List module)

Looking forward to getting some feedback.
