[TYPO3-dev] Is TER aware of doNotLoadInFE?

Hi,

as currently discussed in another thread, extList and extList_FE look  
quite the same (except some sysexts).

I uploaded two extensions (stg_clearcache and stg_constants_for_users)  
with doNotLoadInFE=1 in ext_emconf.php.
After import, this flag fails.

Did anybody adjust "the TER" to support this flag? I think it is removed  
 from every uploaded extension (or I spelled it wrong.. but I'm quite sure).
