Hello David,

the tasks for static_info_tables are:

1. ) Lead the team around static_info_tables to whom you send the 
patches before you upload and whom you ask questions.
2. ) Collect patches sent from others and bring them into the code. 
Check into svn and upload it to TER.
Sometimes countries get split into more countries. Country zones are 
missing for some countries.
Sometimes the API needs an enhancement to new efforts.
3. ) Answer to questions from TYPO3 users sent to you by email.
4. ) See the bugtracker issues.
