[TYPO3-dev] IE8 compatibility mode

I'm not too deep in that topic and don't know what exactly sends IE8 to compatibility mode.
So I'm asking you: Do you think we can provide a 4.3 release that will definetly not send IE8 to compatibility?
Otherwise we'll get a lot of requests here in the list and from our customers with complaints about random logouts.
This could be a disaster
