in future (4.3+) you could use an empty pageRenderer class and use page 
type. Speed should be nearly the same, official measure should follow.

I really would appreciate that way instead doing all the manual 
initialization. Let's look where we can raise speed for ajax calls, i 
would like to have them really speeded up.
eID should be used for the reall flat things only.
