[TYPO3-dev] slow t3lib_TSparser::parseSub in latest typo3 4.3

This patch got introduced by me. Yesterday I set up a system for checking
this problem. The patch collects the names of all files being included,
and checks their "mtime" (time of last modification).

I'll have a look what causes the problem (Yesterday I only had time to setup
my test-sytem, and was to scared to dig for the bug because of halloween ;)


I'll inform you as soon as I know what causes the problem.
