Is there a reason to not use UTF-8 for contents in files? .php .xml
.tmpl, ...?
I read about that somewhere, can't remember where atm.

Masi, I listened to your presentation about character sets and encoding
at T3DD08. It put some lights on that topic, but obviously it was not
enough for my stupid brain ;-)
Did you put the slides somewhere to download?
