[TYPO3-dev] Removing "enable extension without reviews" checkbox

Hey again,

so reviewing this thread, we have some who are for removing, some 
against it.

How about a compromise? ;-)

We could live the checkbox as it is now, but implement an additional 
checkbox with the same functionality somewhere next to the 
"retrieve/update" button (or at least a link to the settings page saying 
that the user should check the state of the checkbox if he wonders why 
there a so few extensions).

How about that?
