as we play with extbase and my patched header/footer class i would like

$pageIncludes->enableExtJSAppLoader(array $labels = array('Loading Core

i it's enabled, the html and css is written after the bodytag and you 
have your preloader.
Sure only if extJS is loaded etc. It's not implemented yet, just the 
concept.
