[TYPO3-dev] icon misaligned in BE module (4.2.8)

In a BE module which was generated by kickstarter the page icon in the 
docheader (right) is misaligned compared to the text:

Nothing was modified (yet); it's purely the code generated by kickstarter...


I compared it with the Info module, but I can't find the difference in 
HTML that could cause this. (Info module screendump:

) All other BE modules which show the path + page in the docheader do 
not have a misaligned icon.

I've only tested 4.2.8; screenshots include Firebug HTML/CSS output. Any 
suggestions what to change in the module to fix this?
