[TYPO3-dev] macina banners made it into the blacklist of adblock plus plugin on firefox

I think its related to the term 'banner' inside the class name and some 
regex blocking rule - but didn't have a look. Some of the default rule 
sets are far to aggressive for my personal taste - so I only use some 
custom rules anyway.
