[TYPO3-dev] Problem with RTE in frontend

Hi

I didn't get a response on this one in the english list, so I will try 
here instead.

I get this error when loading the RTE in frontend.

Fatal error: Call to a member function getStructureDepth() on a 
non-object in 
/var/www/typo3/test/typo3_src-4.2.6/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_base.php 
on line 369

Im using typo3 4.2.6
Rtehtml area 1.7.9
