[TYPO3-dev] Problem with large page tree & temporary mount pages

Hi,

I got a large project and imported the page tree from the old website 
having now 10.807 (empty) pages with several tempory mount pages (about 50)

I got following problems / questions

- If I log in and click on the + to enter a temporary mount page, I 
*always* get instead of the page tree the XML document with the node 
<t3err> and all pages inside. If I select the menu function "Page" 
again, everything works fine. This happens in most cases only the first 
time but IMO it depends how many section of the tree are open.

- Sometimes when I exit the temp. mount page, I don't see the whole tree 
anymore because a part at the end is missing. If i click on reload, 
everything is there again.

A feature I am missing but maybe it is just a missing configuration: If 
I am inside a temp. MP and want to set a link, I would like to have the 
temp MP also in the browse_links.php because in 98% of all cases the 
link will be just inside the temp MP. Is there a way to do this or 
anyone who wants to do it for money?
