same here, can't relogin over the modal login-form. After switching to 
"regular" login form by hitting www.domain.tld/typo3/ the first 
login-attempt also seems to fail - only the second one is working then.

Another thing I've noticed is, that since the update of a customers 
website to 4.1.10 the BE loginform seems to fail most times due to old 
cookies. After deleting all cookies from that domain, the login finally 
succeeds. Where those session-handling changes done in trunk also ported 
to 4.1.10 or what could be the reason for this?
