no. if you open admPanel and check "Display Edit Icons" you see the log 
entry:
cms: $TSFE->set_no_cache() was triggered by 
typo3\sysext\cms\tslib\class.tslib_fe.php on line 3068. Caching is 
disabled!, referer: ...
