[TYPO3-dev] Starting as a contributor

I can't find info on how to start some small task in a development team. My
specialty is debugging and I'm darn good at it (Eclipse+XDebug). Went
throught the core many times already. I'd love to get some small task for
starters. Some easy bug fixes and similar. How does one go about doing
something like that?
