[TYPO3-dev] Help needed to reproduce flexform bug

Hi everybody,

can someone help me to reproduce a bug which occurs at least in 4.2.6 in 
Flexforms type "select".

IMO it seems that it is allowed to select one item multiple times. Take 
a look at the screen: http://ringer.it/tmp/multiselect.gif

How to reproduce:
1.) Insert on a page the plugin of tt_news (or any other ext which uses 
this field)
2.) select "LATEST"
3.) select something different
4.) select "LATEST" again.

it seems that there is just a check if the last item != the one which is 
just clicked.

Can you reproduce it?
