The last time I looked at the air_filemanager source code it first
retrieved a list of files from the file system, then retrieved the meta
data from DAM and presented the data to the frontend.
Hardly any possibilities for crawler to work with that...

Besides, there is no "single view" in air_filemanager or default
renderObject, so how can you display the information about the items
crawler might find?
