[TYPO3-dev] Worspace: Review of own records shouldn't be possible

Hi,

I got a question regarding workspaces: Is it possible that a user is not 
allowed to review his own records?

I know the checkbox "Only workspace owner can publish" but I need it the 
other way around.

Imagine this scenario:
There 2 different users which both should be allowed to write, review 
and publish but never the own records to force the other to review it.
