[TYPO3-dev] CLI scripts want default /usr/bin/php path for PHP - otherwise error

If you type the full path to the PHP binary you should get no such 
error. For example, on my machine I type:

/usr/local/php5/bin/php /some/path/to/cli_dispatch.php

and it works like a charm.

I have added the same note to the bug report.
