there is a core list, search for the list in your newsreader. Each patch 
needs votes, that means +1 for confirm, -1 for veto.
Only if a patch has enough +1 it will comitted.

be patient. For any case it's good to open a bugtracker entry. If there is 
no confirmation or reason is something else, bug will be closed by editors.
