[TYPO3-dev] One TCEForms field is always empty. Need advice of experienced JS developers!

Hm. Here is how I see any other field in FireBug:

Here is how title field is shown:

It appears like there are two such fields in the form. My types configuration includes it only once:

$GLOBALS['TCA']['fe_users']['types']['0'] = array('showitem' => 'username;;;;2-2-2, password, usergroup, name;;2;;3-3-3, gender, crdate, tstamp, date_of_birth, city, country, email, www, image;;;;4-4-4, --div--, status;;;;5-5-5, title, lastlogin, tx_cforum_keepalive, tx_cforum_forum_favorites, tx_cforum_children');

I am completely out of ideas :(
