No. If IIRC the locking is user based instead of being tied to the session. 
Maybe someone wants to change that very fast for the upcoming 4.2beta.

But note that there is only a pre/post-log-out processing triggered by a 
manual log out. There is no processing whatsoever when a session expires. 
This would have to be changed too.
