[TYPO3-dev] hidePagesIfNotTranslatedByDefault

Hi,

I was looking for solution to make "Hide page if no translation for current language exists" turned on globally and found 'hidePagesIfNotTranslatedByDefault' option in config_default.php with very strange comment:

Basically this will inverse the effect of the page localization setting "Hide page if no translation for current language exists" to "Show page even if no translation exists"
=====

What is the intention of such 'inverse' implementation?

If I make it TRUE, it will inverse existing manual settings on pages!?
