[TYPO3-dev] Replacing/disabling Core Toolbar Items...

Hi

As far as I can see in the new backend.php code, it's not possible to 
neither replace a Core Toolbar Item with another one
or disabling a Core Toolbar Item.

What I'm planning is to use the new Shortcut Manager(shortcutmenu) as a 
foundation for a new rewritten version of Roles - Roles2.

So the new Roles extension will have the same functionality as the 
Shortcut Manager - and a little more.

So my which is that it should be possible to replace the Core Toolbar 
Items somehow.
Or it should be possible to disable a Core Toolbar Item and add another 
one through an extension in the same spot as the disabled one.

What do you think?
