this is only a start. The start is to bundle existing functions in one 
class.
Next is to build new functions. That's the way a API starts.

The function clearPageCache is a little more advanced as existing functions, 
it does more in one function. But it has to be improved, sure.

You're welcome for making proposals, that's why i put this on the WIKI ;-)
