Hey,

Removing line 110 gets rid of the ajax.js error, but I still have the blanks for
content elements. I had to kill pagetree tools also before, because that
prevented the whole tree from being shown. I am also currently investigating the
fact that the folder tree in latest DAM is not shown at all.

It looks like some fundamental changes have taken place.
