Hey, Steffen, I updated the template for linking to a news-entry:

{{News|102329|TYPO3-dev Data exchange between USER/USER_INTOliver Hader}}

http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Cache#proposal_t3lib_cache

So such links with brackets are possible without changing to 
Ascii-values %5B and %5D :-)
