BT is the right place to sponsor single features. A "job board" could be
more like complete extensions, site maintainance, server setups etc.
So my opinion: for single feature BT should be used. There is no need of a
new category because features match to the categories, and specialists in
these categories are used to look there. For more complex jobs or not
matching single features a new board is the best place.
