I have met similar problems trying to XCLASS some of Web > List related 
files - for one of them XCLASS doesn't work because the file is used by 
another core file. It would be nice, if core files, which can't have 
XCLASSes because of this reason, would not have confusing XCLASS 
inclusiong at all.
