[TYPO3-dev] Labels in BE

Hi,

i noticed that there is no consens with labels in BE

* some use :, some not
* : is defined in locallang what is a bad way, as the labels are not usable 
in other context
* input fields missing ID and labels doesn't have the <label for="...">, so 
click on label doesn't help

I know cleaning of this is a lot of work, but it would be good to find a 
rule for cleaning / adding new
