it wasn't me :-) but i encountered some problems - the hooks are not 
unique, a lot of Problems were because $TYPO3_CONF_VARS and 
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']

What i actually do is writing a hook extension that contains all 
possible hooks (in empty functions)
This helps for custom client projects for easy manipulate.
