[TYPO3-dev] FYI: Lock elements

Hi,

i published extension lock_elements which prevents records from being 
deleted.
There is a flag "lock" in records pages and tt_content where the record 
can be set as "locked".

I needed this missing feature because some records are rendered with TS, 
and editors shouldn't delete this ones.

May be this is useful for you too, so i choosed this way to inform you.
