No,
this is not a problem... I am currently running it on 5.2.x myself.
I think I am the only one using this extension :)
If you have any problems, please let me know...
I am kinda curious how it's used by people.
If you have any requests or suggestions about the extension please
mail me off-line.
If you want to use DBAL after all, I know that the developer of DBAL
has oracle experiances, you might want to ask him directly.
